This is a fun piece. I like the creative way you have used the photoshop brushes to create this piece. The hair shines and the eyes look especially cool.
I love the fact tha tyou have included multiple colors into this, instead of just using a flat pink for the hair or a flat tan for the skin, you have instead included similar, yet different, colors to help accentuate the brush you have chosen and make the image more visually appealing.
The photoshop brushes are fun, but I might suggest using something more solid and consistent for the lineart. Because the lineart isn't solid due to the brush it can be very visually distracting for the viewer and makes it hard to focus on the piece, especially at full view.
